Since April 1995 this site as been used by William J. Baumbach II  president of Baumbach Enterprises Ltd. who in 1996 & 1997 served two consecutive years as president of the Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors Association of Northern Virginia and is a longtime member of the national chapter. His father served as Virginia State president in the 1940's and is pictured on page 57 in the national paperback book publication entitled "A Heritage Unique" published 1999.

For about three years William J. Baumbach II was editor of the monthly newsletter the PHCC Gazette of Northern Virginia. At the time it was said to be the best newsletter that a local chapter has ever published. Some of the articles written the national chapter re-publish them in their nationally published newsletter. The good news is that these newsletters are available to read HERE. Please remember the information on this site is out-dated, it is however a good source of historical information and facts.

A disagreement over the increase of dues cost and for other reasons at the national level  in 1998 the Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors Association of Northern Virginia and the Virginia State chapter turned in the charters to national and started their own associations. The local chapter changed names to (PMPNV) Plumbing and Mechanical Professionals of Northern Virginia. In his disapproval William J. Baumbach II did not become a member of either the new State or Local plumbing associations and only continued to renew his dues with PHCC-National
